In the pre budget speech ( Nov 06 ) it was stated that cash Isa's and Toisa's would be allowed to change into a share holding wrapper. But in the actual budget , no mention was made of this. Does anyone know what is happening?

Hi
The changes announced last November will come into force from April 2008, the limit changes mentioned in the budget are 'additional' to what was in the November announcement. |
