Some of the best accounts of the net have been listed on moneyforums, but what are the worst ?

Perhaps per institution ?

Lets see who the bad boys are !

I'll start the ball rolling with the Halifax.

Halifax reward saver at 2.46% on balances over £100k - Reward ? REWARD ? If that's a reward then whats a punishment !! Confused


Halifax Bonus Gold - 2.5% - Which INCLUDES a conditional bonus of 0.5% !!! So a 2% savings account !

To think people still hold these trash savings accounts with the Halifax and other banks Rolling Eyes

So what are the worst accounts with other institutions ? And do check the rate on your accounts on a regular basis as the banks can be sly in changing the rates without notification !

The banks are crafty buggers, you have to keep checking else todays best buy is tommorrows dog !

I don't like accounts that have complicated terms and conditions designed to catch people out, the regular savers are full of such obscure rules !
