Been stoozing for approaching a year now, but these card charges of 2% for say 6 months equals 4% - Does this not now mean that stoozing is just about at an end, especially if you get the interest net, there is no longer any profit.

Ive still got stoozed cash with cahoot at 5.65%

So as long as I can keep shuffling the debt even with a 2% charge, that 1.65% still makes it profitable.

Though for how long ?

Anyway there are still the 0% spending cards for stoozing.

Exactly!

If you can't make on the transfers then there are always the o% for spendign where the money you would have spent is saved and earns interest on it

I agree, it is a little early to suggest its the end of stoozing, especially in light of the recent cut in interest rates.

MBNA are still running a number of cards, though yes with a 2% balance transfer fee. Their latest offering is a sony card, but they may refuse if you have an existing card.

I recall reading an article months back of how stoozing could bring down the global economy, from what I can remember the key point was that stoozing is the same as when big institutuions do but they call it the carry trade.

Thats about all i remember Smile
