| I also prefer the Abbey Postal ISA, consistently high rates for a number of years. Not sure about the Halifax i.e. whether the 5.7% rate is compound or not ? |

Tried to open an Abbey ISA at the branch, they said I have to post my stuff off to an address, guess thats why its called a postal ISA ... duh !
Don't feel comfortable posting my ID off.. So giving it a miss. Pity they have all these branches but they don't let you open one ? |
