I.e. before Sept 11th attacks the stock market had already fallen sharply ! Before continuing to do so afterwards.
Looking at the current decline, could this be in prelude to an attack also ?
Yes, I understand that there was no fall in the run up to July 7th, just wondering if we may be heading for an attack in the coming days or weeks ? |

Not to daft if you think about it
I.e. if the risk of an attack increases due to goverment actions such as threatening iran and iran maybe more eager to relatiliate in say iraq, then that increased risk will show itself in the markets i.e. higher oil prices and a decling stock market. |

Lets see, the stock market had fallen from abotu 6000 to 5800 in the lead up to todays news so maybe they do to some degree predict potential terrorist attacks ?
Interesting idea
Maybe a mix of the two ! an environment of attack feeds through to the markets where the bulk fo the move woudl follow an attack |
