I have had a business accoutn with Nat west for about 3 years now and it is hugely frustrating to try and get info from anyone at NatWest. The charges on my Business Bank account are highly uncompetitive, and the service does not match the high costs they are charging me.
So maybe have to look beyond the initial 18 months. |

| You can negotiate lower charges, after the initial 18 months by saying that your thinking of closing your account. Still 18months is enough time fo rmost business startups to get going. |
