| If you have an Ing account log in and you may see a special bonus message today that any deposit between now and the 1st August gets 6.00% interest which will be paid on the 2nd of August. |

Basically yes
Its 6% on the balance before the extra interest offer started so its not a case of withdraw and re-deposit |

| The problem is that your just covering the 4 days of interest lost by transfering from another bank say cahoot. 2.5 months is just not worth it. Remember in August the rate will drop to 4.41% ! Better to move to ICICI which pays 5.03% ! |

Your right when you take into the time to transfer in and out, it only really benefits existing account holders who can transfer instantly between ING accounts. |
