How long do I have to wait for survey results ?

We had a homebuyers survey done nearly 3 weeks ago, but are still waiting to recieve it.

I have called them up, and they say it has been typed up but needs to be signed off by the surveyor.

So who long does it usually take to get the survey ?

We recieved ours, in I think 6 working days from date of survey, so yes 3 weeks does seem like a long time !

Normally survey results should take between 1 to 2 weeks, so you perhaps may have cause for a complaint if its taking upwards of 3 weeks.

We waited for 4 weeks for our homebuyers report ! Though it was over the Christmass break.
