Highlights:

• Group revenues increased by 25% to £13.2m (H1 2003/4: £10.5m), including a full 6 month contribution from TradePoint of £3.6m (H2 2003/4: 3 month contribution of £1.7m)

• Operating profit before amortisation of intangibles increased
significantly to £0.8m (H1 2003/4: £0.1m) and after amortisation of
intangibles was £0.1 million (H1 2003/4: £0.1 million).

• Profit before tax of £0.7m up 48% (H1 2003/4: £0.5m)

• Earnings per share of 1.0p up 43% (H1 2003/4: 0.7p)

• Cash generation from operations of £0.7m and operationally cash positive for last 36 months

Operational Highlights:

• 10 major enterprise level wins for the Kewill shipping management business
as a result of the Javalin product acquired with Shipnow in April 2004

• Strong performance from TradePoint in its first half year as part of
Kewill Group

• European order management business grows revenue 4%


Andy Roberts, Chairman, said:

If the results are so good then why did they fall 9% ??

Just when you think the stocks going to recover there they go again and fall !!

Oh well wait for the rally into the next results

Probably due to lack of dividend payment.

Still there could always be a takeover

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces the allotment, on 2 February 2006, of 6,349 ordinary share of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") to Mr Charles Alexander in lieu of director's remuneration. The number of shares has been calculated at 78.75p per share, being the closing mid-price on 1 February 2006, on a value of £5,000. Following this issue of shares, Mr Alexander is interested in 46,656 Shares (0.06%).

Application will be made for the 6,349 Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"). The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Shares. Dealings are expected to commence in these Shares on 15 February 2005.
