We have seen a house we love. It is priced at 215k and we feel it is fantastic value compared to others in area. It is run down inside, but nothing that worries us, really just not loved.
The house has been on the market for a while over 6 months, we don't have a house to sell so cam move pretty quickly.
So how much should we offer ?
Was thinking about opening up at £200k and going upto £205k ? |

Its a buyers market so aim to put your opening offer in say 10% below the asking price
So I would open it at say £195k and then look to raise to £200k
Though it all depends on how much you want the property . Which if as you say you love it then maybe you will have to pay the asking to get it ! |
