Interest charging information The periods over which interest is charged are as follows:
Purchases - If the balance is not repaid in full, interest on the outstanding balance is charged from the date of the transaction until that transaction has been repaid
Balance transfers - Interest is charged from the date of the transaction until that transaction has been repaid.
Cash withdrawals - Interest is charged from the date of the transaction until that transaction has been repaid.

Capital One are now offering 18 months interest-free on balance transfers with two conditions -
1. a 2% handling fee
2. You have to spend £100 on the card within the first three months of opening the account.
Obviosuly, they expect you not to stop at £100, and keep spending, but everything else looks good ! |

2% handling fee is worth it for stoozers for 18 months !
Say you get 5% thats 7.5% return for 2% fee. |
