Our Eurolife Bonds matured last month and so far we have received no money at all, and no promise of any either! |

They should have sent you a statement prior to maturity with several options of what you want to do with the money.
I can't imagine that you would have lost 100%.
Also you may want to look into a case of misselling if you were persuaded to buy the bonds on the basis of them being low risk i.e. via an agency such as Aaron partnership, thus it is very important to refer to the original sales literature and advice. |

We are claiming for being mis-sold. The only communication we've had is from Nvesta telling us that they can't pay us any money and will be in contact when they know more. From what we have gleaned today from the net, Eurolife do not have the money to pay! |

If they don't respond to your claim for misselling you should look at pursuinge matter with the FSA
The procedure is that you complete a claim form listing your case for misselling and if its approved that they will compensate you instead of eurolife.

Also note, that the case must be for misselling of a product and NOT thatit has made a loss. |
