Where back to the 2000 internet bubble with another pay to surf pyramid programme, this should really go under the scam heading as there is no way advertisers will pay for this rubbish as happened last time, most people neever got a penny !
Only those who joined early on got some money ! and got a load of referrals.
Its a SCAM !
