| You can request a response from them, i.e. a mini credit file, this will cost you £2, that should make things clearer as to why you were refused |

What I did was send them a letter listing all the points of why I am a good credit risk and they reversed the decision and gave me a card. |

thank you both for your response! i will take what you both said and let you know how it goes.
i ran a credit check i cant seem to find aanyhing that would make them decline me 
will try writing to them. |
