I have bad credit rating. Unsatisfied defaults. I need to open a business account. Does anyone have any suggestions which bank will take me? :?

Many banks operate basic bank accounts, I would give say halifax a try and ask for their basic bank account.

The abbey are pretty cheap for business accounts.I have found them to be fine, and never pay any charges at all.

You shouldn't really use normal bank accounts for business as they are for personal use only - but Bank of Scotland - via Halifax (HBOS) offer great business banking - fee for one year - and cheaper than loads after that.

You can use the Halifax counter for Bank of Scotland buisness banking now and they have business managers in the branch.
